Hypnotherapy For Insomnia

Hypnosis may be a useful tool for those experiencing insomnia or sleeplessness. Hypnotherapy is a careful blend of relaxation, trance state, and suggestion. Quieting our noisy cognitive mind opens us changing the unhelpful habitual patterns that disrupt sleep.  Hypnotherapy can induce a deep state of relaxation that reduces anxiety and facilitates sleep.
